ChurnShield recovers failed Stripe payments automatically. Smart retries. Dunning emails. Zero effort. Connect in 2 minutes.
Cards expire. Funds run low. Banks soft-decline. It's called involuntary churn — and most SaaS founders don't even notice until it compounds month after month. By the time you see the damage, you've already lost thousands in recurring revenue that should have been yours.
One-click OAuth. No code, no config. Takes less than 2 minutes to connect your Stripe account securely.
Failed payments are automatically sorted into soft declines (retryable) and hard declines (dunning only). No manual work.
Smart retries fire at optimal times. A 3-email dunning sequence handles the rest. You get paid — automatically.
Retries soft declines at statistically optimal times. Not random. Not Stripe's default. Better. Our ML model analyzes decline patterns to find the perfect retry window — maximizing recovery without triggering fraud flags.
3-email sequence over 7 days. Branded, empathetic, effective. Each email is optimized for open rate and recovery conversion.
Every failed payment, retry, and recovery tracked in real time with dollar amounts. Know exactly how much revenue ChurnShield is saving you.
Lives inside your Stripe Dashboard as a Stripe App. Or use our standalone dashboard. Your call. No context switching — manage everything from where you already work.
Official Stripe App partner. Works seamlessly with your existing setup.
256-bit encryption. SOC 2 roadmap. Your data never leaves Stripe.
ChurnShield connects to your Stripe account via OAuth in under 2 minutes. We listen for failed payment events via webhooks, classify the decline type, and automatically initiate smart retries or dunning sequences. No code changes needed — it works alongside your existing Stripe setup.
A soft decline is temporary — the card is valid but the payment couldn't be processed right now (insufficient funds, bank timeout, etc.). These are retryable. A hard decline means the card is invalid, expired, or reported stolen. For hard declines, we send a dunning email asking the customer to update their payment method.
Most customers see their first recovered payment within 24–48 hours of connecting. Within the first week, you'll have clear data on your recovery rate and recovered revenue. Our average customer recovers $1,200/mo in previously lost revenue.
Absolutely. We use 256-bit encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We never store credit card numbers — all payment data stays within Stripe. We're on the SOC 2 compliance roadmap and follow industry best practices for data security.
Yes, absolutely. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. If you cancel, ChurnShield will stop retries and dunning at the end of your billing period.
